Summary: This is a great house for a big group! The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The views from the deck are gorgeous! The kitchen was well equipped. We were a group of 10 and we cooked 2 dinners there. We had everything we needed - there are plenty of pots and pans. The owner was quick to respond when I contacted her and she was very accommodating. I highly recommend this house and will look to book it again.

Summary: Large house in good location. Kitchen is poorly equipped and house is not appropriate for young children. Upon our departure owner accused us of damage we didn't cause and was very aggressive and spiteful when we attempted to dispute it. There are plenty of accommodation options in Rotorua, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Summary: We were visiting NZ for a wedding and took the bride on s honeymoon with us ;-). We spent our last night in this house before flying back to Europe and as soon as we entered it we decided to order in and stay there. The house is welcoming, clean and has a terrific view. Communication with the host went smoothly. Would definitely recommend it.
